As I reflect on my journey in the pharmaceutical industry spanning over 17 years, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped my professional trajectory. From my humble beginnings as a Bachelor of Pharmacy graduate to my previous role was as a seasoned pharmaceutical professional at Johnson & Johnson, every step has been a learning curve, enriching me with invaluable insights and expertise across diverse therapeutic domains.
My journey commenced at USV, where I cultivated foundational knowledge in diabetes and cardiology. It was here that I developed a passion for leveraging pharmaceutical innovation to address critical healthcare challenges. Subsequently, my tenure at Pfizer broadened my horizons, focusing extensively on diabetes management and contributing to the development of ground breaking pharmaceutical solutions.
Transitioning to Bristol Myers Squibb further enriched my experience, allowing me to explore the realms of cardiology and oncology while maintaining my dedication to diabetes care. This multidisciplinary exposure not only expanded my skill set but also reinforced my commitment to driving positive outcomes in patient care.
Today, as I navigate my role at Johnson & Johnson, I am privileged to contribute across a spectrum of therapeutic areas, including diabetes, central nervous system disorders, orthopedics, and oncology. This diverse portfolio challenges me to continually innovate and adapt, underscoring the dynamic nature of our industry.
My educational background in both pharmacy and business administration has been instrumental in shaping my approach, blending technical expertise with strategic vision.
